Character History
Wonder Boy V is the current sidekick to solar-powered superhero Captain Sunshine. He is the latest boy to hold the Wonder Boy title, having acquired the identity sometime after Hank Venture abandoned it in Handsome Ransom.
At the funeral of Boggles the Clue Clown, he is seen balancing on the grave of Crime-O-Dile. When he asks Captain Sunshine where in the "hell" they will get new villains from now, Captain Sunshine admonishes Wonder Boy for using foul language.

Trivia
- He appears to be a parody of Batman sidekick Jason Todd, the second Robin, a former juvenile delinquent who eventually died and was reborn as the vigilante Red Hood.
- Batman's sidekick Jason Todd considered several names for his secret identity before taking on the mantle of Robin from Dick Grayson. His first suggestion was "Wonder-Boy", which he immediately rejected for making him sound like bread.[1]
