In The Venture Bros. episode, The Doctor Is Sin, Dr. Henry Killinger came to work for Dr. Thaddeus "Rusty" Venture and reform the many problems with Venture Industries, Killinger brought with him a labor force of state-funded henchpeople and workers called the "Venchmen". Unfortunately when Dr. Venture refused to sign the contract to join the Guild of Calamitous Intent, Dr. Killinger left Venture's service and with him so did the Venchmen.
