This character is one of several villains who appears in the background of various scenes in several episodes of The Venture Bros. but who as of yet has had no lines nor has had his name or background revealed. He appeared in The Guild of Calamitous Intent advertising video The Perils of Unlicensed Aggression menacing Green Glory and his family.
This villain competed in the archenemy tryouts for The Order of the Triad and auditioned for membership in The Revenge Society (Group), failing at both. He attended the wedding of the Monarch. He has also been seen at the bar of Don Hell.
