This unnamed villain is a recurring background character on The Venture Bros.
Character History[]
He seems to have at least some magic powers, as he was seen using some form of telekinesis to help rebuild the Cocoon (see picture above).[1] However, he does not seem to be one of the Brimstone Assembly, or at least he was not seen at their 331st annual meeting.[2] The symbol that adorns his top hat is a hazardous materials.
This hazmat magician seems to have at least a faintly warm relationship with both Phantom Limb[1] and Sgt. Hatred[3], as the hazmat magician went to each of the latter's parties. He has also appeared in Don Hell's nightclub.[4] He is seen in Season 6 with the angry villains being addressed by the Council of 13 Finally, when the Doom Factory shows up to cheat and swindle Dr. Thaddeus "Rusty" Venture, he is one of the attendees at the party the Doom Factory throws at the VenTech Tower.[5]
