The Unnamed Balding Villain is a minor character on The Venture Bros.
Character History[]
This character is one of several villains who appears in the background of various scenes in several episodes of The Venture Bros. but who as of yet has had no lines nor had name or background revealed. This villain appeared at the archenemy tryouts for The Order of the Triad and the wedding of the Monarch. He was also among the villains addressed by the (partially) reformed Council of 13 following the death of the Sovereign.
