The Sea Anemone's villainous theme is based on the sea anemone, a group of marine, predatory animals. He wears a white nautical suit, like a captain or admiral.
Character History[]
The Sea Anemone is a former villainous boss of the Monarch in The Guild of Calamitous Intent. Apparently they still have good relations, as the Sea Anemone helped rebuild the Cocoon after the Guild approved The Monarch and Dr. Mrs. The Monarch for duoship.
He was among the Guild members who attended the meeting at Don Hell's nightclub following the death of The Sovereign and the loss of most of the Council of 13.
