Referred to informally by the creators in the commentary for A Very Venture Halloween, The Owl Lady appeared as a background character in the Brimstone Assembly's Halloween gathering at Dr. Orpheus' residence on The Venture Compound.
The owl lady is a member of the Brimstone Assembly and thus presumably capable of some feats of magical power. She has a pet owl sitting on her shoulder, which may be her familiar.
