Description[]
The Blood Vessel is the personal conveyance of Jefferson Twilight and, by extent, the Order of the Triad. who calls it "The Triad Mobile" much to his annoyance. It is a black hearse with a large metal cross on the front serving as a hood ornament. The top of the cross is stylized as a raised fist giving the Black Power salute. The Illinois license plate on the front reads "BLD VSSL". It shoots holy water from the wipers and has a specialized coffin in it that is a secret chamber outfitted with UV rays used to kill blacula's.
History[]
The Blood Vessel makes it's full appearance in Radiant is the Blood of the Baboon Heart where Dr. Orpheus and Jefferson Twilight agree to help Dean find Hank by driving him back to the old Venture Compound in Colorado. While stopping over to spend the night at Jefferson's old base in Chicago, they are attacked by a gang of blaculas. During that battle, The Vessel is shown to be an effective tool in fighting and defending against blaculas.
