There's no rule that you can't lose your virginity to an album from over twenty years ago. This is a second season episode, while Maybe No Go is all the way in season six. It's implied that Billy loses his virginity to the prostitutes he mistakes for vampires in season 4's The Silent Partners, sometime in between these two episodes. Different music is playing, though.
