Steve was one of the Ghost Pirates residing in the Sargassum. When the Venture Family took X-2 through the Sargassum, the Ghost Pirates attempted to commandeer their vessel and scare them away. Steve was the pirate to dress as the ghost. He attempted to scare Dean Venture, but Brock Samson pummeled him to death.
