Snoopy (or "Snoop") is an agent of the OSI. He is slightly heavyset and has a mustache. His name is derived from his skill at surveillance and covert intelligence gathering, though he rarely operates in the field.
Personality and Traits
Snoopy is a competent agent, though he is also rather timid. In O.S.I. Love You, he is given temporary command of the flying base's bridge, and is extremely relieved when General Gathers returns.
Snoopy does have the highest level of clearance to access classified information, and becomes nervous when he is exposed to information that he may not be allowed to know.
