Character History[]
Slap Chop was an agent of the O.S.I. who was murdered by Molotov Cocktease in her supposed escape from her holding cell in the O.S.I. Hover-Quarters. According to Hunter Gathers, this was a test for Molotov Cocktease to break through O.S.I. defenses and kill off all the traitors within the organization, which allegedly included Slap Chop.

- Slap Chop's name is a reference to the Slap Chop kitchen utensil and a parody of martial arts. The naming scheme is a general parody of the G.I. Joe pattern.
- Slap Chop is visually based on Vince Offer, an infomercial pitchman for the Slap Chop, the ShamWow, and several other questionable products.
- His uniform style and chest tattoo are a parody of the costume worn by the Marvel Comics superhero Iron Fist, a highly skilled martial artist.
