She-Hemoth was an avant-garde supervillain and a member of a legion of New York-based villains called The Doom Factory.
History
Wes Warhammer and, by extension, The Doom Factory received arching rights to Dr. Thaddeus "Rusty" Venture as part of Wide Wale's Fiends and Family Plan. The villains threw a "Happening" in the penthouse of VenTech Tower, distracting Dr. Venture while they stole his scientific equipment and inventions.[1]
When the legion were setting up for their "Happening", She-Hemoth inflated silver balloons, then increased her size to release them on the mezzanine level.
She apparently died along with the rest of The Doom Factory when their flying headquarters was blown up by the second Blue Morpho.

Trivia
- She-Hemoth is a parody mash-up of DC Comics villain Giganta and Warhol superstar Holly Woodlawn.
- The helium filled, silver mylar, pillow-shaped balloons she inflates are a reference to the Andy Warhol art series Silver Clouds.
- Holly Woodlawn was a transgender Puerto Rican actress most famous for inspiring the character of "Holly" in Lou Reed's hit pop song Walk on the Wild Side (1972).
- Jackson Publick said "Our Giganta is She-Hemoth, because she's based on Holly Woodlawn."[2]
