History
Roy Brisby's use of a wheel chair, horrific appearance, and constantly clenched jaw are due to a stroke that he suffered while he was caught under a fallen animatronic Abraham Lincoln. Roy credits his longevity to panda milk, which, presumably, he obtains from his companda Li-Li.
He is protected by a gigantic, non-speaking bodyguard named Mandalay.

Trivia
- Roy Brisby is a parody of Walt Disney.
- Despite this, his name is arguably a reference to Walt's brother and co-founder of Disney, Roy Disney.
- The name "Mr. Brisby" comes from the main character, Mrs. Brisby, from the 1982 film The Secret of Nimh, and sounds enough like 'Disney' to make the point.
- Bizzy Bee is a parody of Mickey Mouse.
- His claim of longevity to panda milk may have been influenced by Howard Hughes, whom after a near fatal airplaine accident claimed that freshly hand squeezed orange juice had, in fact, kept him alive during his recovery.
