Plot[]

The O.S.I. have tracked down and captured Monstroso and Molotov Cocktease at their private yacht. But while at the O.S.I. Hover-Quarters the two apparently escape. As a result the agency (and Team Venture who were there by coincidence) are interviewed by a trio of agents over the events that led to their escape.

Brock and the O.S.I. agents retell the whole incident that occured 6 hours earlier before the three agents arrival. Shortly after they locked up Monstroso and Molotov, Brock interrogate the former about the information of Guild of Calamitous Intent. Monstroso agrees to tell their secret in exchange for protection, something that Brock can't promise. Regardless, Monstroso told Brock that the Guild is actually lead by the committee called The Council of Thirteen lead by The Sovereign itself. The giant also reveal that he knows one of the council members, which he named Boggles the Clue Clown. Shortly after, The Investors suddenly come to Monstroso, who attempts to escape and attack them, to no avail. The Investors than proceed to kill Monstroso by throwing him off the flying headquarters by phasing him through the hull.

Back at the present, the agents interrogate Team Venture when Dean confess that it was he who "freed" them. While in reality, Dean actually free the two human experiment that was conducted by Dr. Vulcano at the headquarters out of pity. Annoyed that their info is useless, the agents leave them alone.

Shortly after Monstroso's death, Molotov manage to escape her cell by knocking out O.S.I agent Amber Gold and disguise as her. Amber's boyfriend Headshot discover the act and sound the alarm. Colonel Hunter Gathers assigned Shore leave and 4 O.S.I. operatives to apprehend Molotov. During their search for her, Shore leave and other operatives discovered the two human experiment locked up in store room, warning them that Molotov is behind them. Before they can act, the assassin suddenly appears and killed all the operatives except Shore Leave who manage to disarm her. Before he can recapture her, Molotov destroy one of the headquarters' engine, making it lose balance and she escape again.

When she passes the cell that hold Team Venture due to their trespassing earlier, Sergeant Hatred breaks out to stop Molotov by shooting her only to failed when he missed all the shots. Hank manage to save Hatred and try to fight the assassin with his power suit, only to ended up stolen by Molotov. Brock manage to pursue Molotov out of the headquarter and defeat her. Brock seemingly kill Molotov by throwing her on the propeller blade. Satisfied, the three agents leave the room silently.

What they don't know, Brock just throw the power suit. Moments before he can kill Molotov, Gathers stop him and tells him that he hires Molotov as a mole to track Monstroso, and all the operatives she killed are traitors. The colonel orders Brock to fake her death, much to his dismay. Just as they changed Molotov's status to "deceased", two of the agents return much to their confusion. The two agents introduce themselves as Mister Frost and Mister Sample, and they come to interview the agency about the incident. Gathers shock in horror as he realized that the agents that come earlier were The Investors in disguise. He's about to confront them only to find their hats on the floor.

In post-credit scene, Hank is shown on the tread mill to gain his muscle back as he is horribly emaciated due to the side effect of prolonged use of the power suit while Gathers told him that he will never get used to it, as he miss his breast too.
