Colonel Gentleman (former lover)

Kiki is a minor character on The Venture Bros.

Character History

Kiki was the manservant and lover of Colonel Gentleman for many years. The two lived together in Gentleman's home in Tangiers, Morocco.[1]

Following a fight, Kiki left Colonel Gentleman, who fell into a depression and began eating sugary foods, causing him to fall into a diabetic coma. Hank and Dean Venture discovered his comatose form and declared him dead, but did not stop to investigate further as they were on a tight deadline.[2]

A mournful Kiki later returned with medicine for Gentleman and apologized for leaving him.[3] Despite Kiki saving his life, Gentleman proceeded to punch his young partner in the face while angrily yelling that his "tits were back" (due to indulging in too many mallomars.) He then angrily chased Kiki around the house until ravaging him in bed, reconciling their relationship.

Dean Venture came to live with his godfather, Colonel Gentleman, when it was presumed that his father had died.[4] Kiki returned to Gentleman's home and mistakenly presumed that Dean was Gentleman's "new lover", causing another fight between him and Gentleman to break out. Despite Gentleman's reassurance that Dean was his godson, Kiki washed his hands of Gentleman by telling him that he had a "new man". Gentleman peevishly responded that Kiki's "new man" would kick Kiki out like he does "all his boys" if he ever managed to kick his cocaine habit.

Kiki and Colonel Gentleman appear to have parted ways permanently since Gentleman moved from Tangiers to his apartment on Christopher Street in New York City.
