Jefferson Twilight is a Blacula Hunter and member of "the Order of the Triad" along with [[Dr. Orpheus]] and [[the Alchemist]]. He is sometimes bitter that he dosen't have magical powers, however it is reveiled in [[The Better Man]] that he has the power to cross between worlds.

It is unknown where or how he acquired his "Blood Eye" (his left eye, which is red), which helps him track blaculas.
