The Ibis Priest (name derived here from the end credits) is a minor one-shot villain from The Venture Bros. episode Escape to the House of Mummies Part II. (Note that this episode is a parody of adventure series and convoluted time travel plots. As such, a reference to a Part I and Part III a the beginning and end of Part II, but no Part I or Part III were ever made in the real world.) The Ibis Priest is the apparent leader of a Cult of Osiris. (He is at least seen ordering around the other cultists).
History
Under his leadership, the Osiris Cult discovered the Perfect Man, a seemingly strong person physically but acting with more animal-like intelligence. In the "Previously on the Venture Bros" recap of Part I of Escape to the House of Mummies, the Ibis Priest is seen introducing The Venture Family to this Perfect Man. The Perfect Man hatches from a great egg in front of their very eyes.. Shortly thereafter, Doctor Thaddeus Venture offends the Priest. In retaliation, he condemns them to the Hall of Sorrows. This is where Part II picks up.
Later, the Ibis Priest returns after Dr. Orpheus has freed the Ventures the impaling wall trap and the Hall of Sorrows is in ruins. The priest becomes angry, saying the burning oil from the jackal statue's mouth should have destroyed them all. However, one of the Ibis Priest's henchman has apparently misheard the Priest, as the henchman had filled the mouth with voile rather than oil. To add further inconvenience, the Priest begins sneezing in his mask. Brock Samson downs the Priest with a single punch, and the Venture Family leaves the Hall of Sorrows.
