Herman is a one-time appearing character on The Venture Bros. He attended a henchman rehabilitation program along with Henchman 21 and Henchman 24.
Character History[]
Herman was a former henchman for Crime-O-Dile who apparently was captured by Captain Sunshine. He mourned the loss of his former boss and went to lengths to talk about Crime-O-Dile's henchman-first policy.
Henchman 21 mistakenly calls Herman "Charlie" after Herman uses the phrase "Sorry, Charlie!", mistakenly believing Herman was referring to himself in the third person. Nonetheless, 21's efforts to cheer up Herman brought a smile to his face. Whether encouraging the henching habit is a healthy thing in the long run is another question entirely.
