Character History
First seen in Bot Seeks Bot, he frequents Don Hell's nightclub. He is also a member of the Guild of Calamitous Intent, as he was seen in the company of other villains when Dr. Mrs. The Monarch and the other members of the new Council of 13 in Hostile Makeover.
