Character History[]
While Sirena Ong and Hank Venture are jogging around Central Park in New York City, this homeless man is seen in the background walking around the Central Park Reservoir and mumbling to himself. He wears a tinfoil cone on his head with eyeholes cut into it.
The creator commentary reveals he has a back story and some role they weren't able to put in, but they intend to do so at some point.

Trivia[]
- According to Jackson Publick: "A little Easter egg is that there's a crazy homeless guy in the background of the jogging scene, who was supposed to be a setup for a whole subplot that I had to cut out of another episode. I wrote twelve pages of this thing that I am definitely going to use next season."[1]
- The lightning bolt/exclamation mark logo on his shirt is similar to the logo worn by Mike Allred's superhero Madman.
- The red outfit with an exclamation mark logo on a black circle is also similar to the uniform of the title character from the animated series Freakazoid!, who was in part based on Madman.
- His red and yellow outfit featuring a lightning bolt logo overlaid on a circular background brings to mind DC Comics' superhero The Flash.
- Not to be confused with the Homeless Vet from Season 4 or the O.S.I.'s Bum Rush and Junk Dog from Season 5.
