Dot Com is a hacker and a villain that works for the Guild of Calamitous Intent. She is seen in numerous background cameo roles before making her first major appearance in The Unicorn in Captivity.
History[]
One of the villains complaining about The Guild's state of disarray in the episode Hostile Makeover, Dot Com[1] complained about the Guild's website being in total disarray. She also wished to see more diversity in the newly-reformed Council of 13.
Later, Dot Com acted as part of team with Copycat, Tunnel Vision, Presto Change-O, Ramburglar, The Monarch, and "Driver X" (who, unbeknownst to his associates, was actually one of Copycat's duplicates) to steal Dr. Venture's teleporters from VenTech Tower.
Dot Com remained outside in the getaway van while Tunnel Vision, Presto Change-O, and Ramburglar tunneled beneath the vaults of the tower. After Presto Change-O shapeshifted into a snake, he wormed his way through the ventilation shaft and delivered a device that would allow Dot Com to hack the tower's security. However, he unexpectedly encountered Brock Samson. To make matters worse, Copycat, who had merely intended to use his "teammates" as decoys all along, hacked into the tower's computers. He then set off an emergency evacuation response to deliver the teleporters to VenTech Tower's panic room via cranes. Presto Change-O grabbed one of the teleporters from a crane, but Ramburglar was killed in the ensuing chaos. Meanwhile, Henchman 21 arrived outside of the tower to warn Dot Com and associates the operation was a set-up.
Tunnel Vision and Presto Change-O escaped into the sewers and managed to reach the escape van with the teleporters. In the wake of Driver X's disappearance, Dot Com nominated Henchman 21 as the new getaway driver. Presto Change-O delivered the teleporters to the getaway van and attempted to run interference with Brock Samson while the others made a getaway. However, Dot Com fell out of the back of the van as Henchman 21 got it going. It is not know if she survived Brock or if she was arrested by the OSI.
