At the nightclub, Don Hell was informed by his bouncer that [[Dr. Venture]] had been captured, which motivated Don Hell to hold a "Wheel of Torture" raffle event to see which lucky villain would get the chance at revenge against the once great "Rusty Venture". However the raffle was called off when the Monarch arrived and told them said torture violated his arching rights on Venture, forcing to cancel the "Wheel of Torture", much to Don Hell's disappointment.
