Bum Rush and Junk Dog were agents of the O.S.I. that presumably worked together closely.
Bum Rush dressed like a disheveled homeless man pushing a shopping cart and Junk Dog rode in the cart while wearing a dog costume. They were both murdered by Molotov Cocktease in her supposed escape from holding in the O.S.I. Hover-Quarters. According to Hunter Gathers, this was a test for Molotov Cocktease to break through O.S.I. defenses and kill off all their traitors, which apparently included Bum Rush and Junk Dog.

- "Bum-rush" means to suddenly force or barge one's way into someplace, while a "bum's rush" is a forcible and swift ejection from a place.
- Not to be confused with the Homeless Vet from Season 4, who has a real dog as his companion and is missing his lower legs, or with the Homeless Madman from Season 6.
