ARCH is an organized villainy group run by Mantilla the main antagonist of The Venture Bros. movie: Radiant is the Blood of the Baboon .
Appearances and History[]
ARCH appears to be a major villainy organization with the purpose of providing supervillains with available resources such as advanced equipment and manpower. ARCH attacks a OSI lab in Queens and frames Dr. Mrs. The Monarch for it to make her a fugitive from the OSI and The Guild of Calamitous Intent. Mantilla also propositions her ex-boyfriend The Monarch, and Henchman 21 to join ARCH in exchange for weapons, technology, and the rights to arch Dr. Venture. The Monarch accepts only to be duped and trapped by Mantilla in the VenTech Tower when she uses ARCH's technology to blast the building into space using Helper Pods. These actions was all part of an elaborate plan by to convince Mrs. The Monarch to leave her husband and The Guild to join Mantilla at ARCH and run it together.
